Although the central business district (CBD) is just a 5 to 10 minute walk away, the apartment is set in a quiet, shady tree-lined street with a small neighbourhood park just on the corner. Historic Athelney House is just opposite and our local deli is nearby so you won't have far to go for your morning newspaper or pint of milk.

It's a good thing parking is available because you may not have to move your car again until you depart.

Adelaide Botanic Garden
Adelaide Botanic Garden
The magnificent Adelaide Botanic Garden is right at the end of Athelney Avenue and the Adelaide Zoological Gardens is just beyond.
For those who like to take a stroll, bicycle, jog, birdwatch or enjoy a simple picnic, Torrens Linear Park and the Botanic Park provide a perfect setting and are only a few minutes away by foot. This park is also the venue for many activities throughout the year such as the outdoor cinema and evening concerts. If you like sporting events you'll have grandstand 'seats' if you walk across with your picnic during the Jacob's Creek Tour Down Under cycling race. Torrens Linear Park
